Copper Return Bend for Air Conditioner & Fan Coils
Copper u bends and copper return bend are used for air conditioner cooling coils, like condensers and evaporators, available brazing rings, regular specificaions for copper tube diameter 4.76, 6.35, 9.52, 12.7 and 15.88mm etc.
Aluminium U-Bend used auto refrigeration system is also just our line, which is different from copper u bend. Aluminium u bend is lighter than copper u bend, and more economic in cost.

Raw Material Features of Copper Fitting:
Material: copper TP2 > 99.9%
Flat degree of pipe winding part: 90 to 106% of diameter
Rate of outer thickness cutting: ≥70% and there is no folding lines inside
Winding angle of copper fitting: 90° & Tolerance: ≤±1.5°
Vertical tolerance of section: ≤3° & Circular tolerance of section: ≤±0.15mm
Copper fitting surface is processed with non-chromium, oxidization and performance of welding is fine
